How Do I get on a Provider Referral list?

The Victim Compensation Program is not able to maintain a provider referral list. However, many local victim witness centers do. If you’d like more information, please contact your local victim witness center by visiting Local Help.

Am I an eligible mental health provider? What kind of licensure is required?

What is the minimum number of participants per Forum?

In order for the Victim Compensation Program (VCP) to travel to your location, a minimum of 15 participants are required. If you have fewer participants, we may be able to host a Forum by allowing other providers in your area who have expressed interest to attend a Forum.

When/Where will the Forums be held?

Provider Information Forums will be continually scheduled statewide. If you complete the on-line notification request form, you will be notified by e-mail when a Forum has been scheduled in your area. In addition to receiving notification, you can also check the VCP webpage in the Upcoming Events section for updates on Forums in your area.
